Senior Civil Engineer 

Position Responsibilities

This position will be responsible for managing and directing staff to plan and design a variety of municipal water, wastewater, utility, and transportation projects, including water source development, treatment, storage and distribution, as well as wastewater collection, treatment and disposal. Responsibilities will include developing and monitoring project scope, budget, and schedule; developing studies, reports, design drawings, and technical specifications; and client presentations. Our firm exclusively serves municipal and public utility agencies throughout Oregon and Southern Washington.

Position Requirements

Senior Civil Engineer Position requires:

· Minimum 8 years relevant design experience

· BSCE or higher level of education in Civil Engineering or similar engineering field

· P.E. license in Oregon.

· AutoCAD/Civil3D design experience

· Knowledge of Municipal Transportation, Water, Stormwater and Wastewater planning, planning design and permitting.

· Strong written and oral communication ability

· Energetic attitude and ability to work independently

Compensation and Benefits

Civil Project Engineer

Position Responsibilities

This position will be responsible for working with staff or independently to plan and design a variety of municipal water, wastewater, water resources, utility, and transportation projects. Responsibilities will include developing and monitoring project scope, budget, and schedule; developing studies, reports, design drawings, and technical specifications; and making presentations. This position will be responsible for planning, design, funding assistance, bidding, and construction management for water, wastewater, other municipal infrastructure projects, and/or transportation projects. Our firm exclusively serves municipal and public utility agencies throughout Oregon and Southern Washington.

Position Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years relevant design experience

    · BSCE or higher level of education in Civil Engineering or similar engineering field

    · P.E. license in Oregon

    · AutoCAD/Civil3D design experience

    · Knowledge of Transportation, Water, Stormwater and Wastewater planning, planning design and permitting. Experience in private development also accepted.

    · Strong written and oral communication ability

    · Project management skills

    · Energetic attitude and ability to work independently

    · Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record

Civil AutoCAD Drafter / Designer

Position Responsibilities

• Utilizing AutoCAD, create and modify civil, mechanical, structural and electrical drawings from survey data, engineering sketches and redlines
• Perform technical drafting support for assigned projects
• Have working knowledge of engineering technology and design in the civil engineering field
• Complete work assignments of specific design elements and CADD drafting from Project Engineers and Managers.
• Review all work for completeness an accuracy prior to submitting for review.

Position Requirements

• Certificate/Degree or related education in Computer Drafting/Design
• Five years experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Basic knowledge of Civil 3D pipes, profile tools and sheet set manager
• Good working knowledge within CAD drawings as related to:
Layer management & usage
Drawing scales as they relate to text, dimensions, lines, viewports, etc.
Plotting & plot scales, pen tables, etc.
• Good working knowledge of general computer functions/applications (Windows, Word, Excel, etc.)
• Ability to work as a team player and interact well with others
